1. Node names should be CALLSIGN-#, numbered sequentially.
2. Nodes should be able to operate at least four hours on backup power.
   
   

Mission-Critical nodes:

3. Nodes should be able to operate at least 1 week on backup power.
4. Nodes should have a notification system to indicate when they are on backup power.
